This document titled "International Young Men's Christian Association, Training School, Springfield, Massachusetts Need, Location and Character of its Proposed Buildings" discusses the proposal for new buildings and dormitories around the college. It talks about the needs of the buildings, the advantages of the buildings locations, the character of buildings, present outlook and needed balance for the costs of the new building ideas. The document was written during the spring/summer months of 1892. The fourth page has two drawn images that show the proposed dormitory (now the Administration Building) and the proposed gymnasium (now Judd Gymnasia).
