This photograph depicts the faculty of the International YMCA Training School, now Springfield College, circa 1902. This picture can be found on the Massasoit of 1904, p.8. There it states that the faculty shown in the picture are: L. L. Doggett, J. T. Bowne, F. N. Seerley, H. M. Burr, J. H. McCurdy, W. G. Ballantine, W. W. Hastings and Elmer Berry. We should say though that on the back of the photograph there is a caption which reads: "Training School Faculty 1902".
