This photograph shows the 1971-1972 Springfield College women's gymnastics team; they were National Collegiate Champions. The gymnasts pictured are, left to right, [first row] Gail Goodspeed, Debbie W., Lucy Miller, Patti Corrigan, Judi Markell (captain), Kate Pafferty, Ruthe Dunkley, Lyn Kelley, Shirley Macauley, [second row] Susie Rassmusen, Bonnie Lorrigan, Kim Andres, Di Nowick, Anna Lee, Debbie Dunkley, Katherine Kolemainen, Sue Macleod, Linda Henry, and Coach Mimi Murray. Many members of the team were standout student-athletes. Pattie Corrigan was an All-American for floor, beam, vault, bars, and all-around, which included a national champion title for vault and bars. Lucy Miller was an All-American for beam, floor, vault, bars, and all-around. Judi Markell was an All-American for floor and beam. Kate Rafferty was an All-American on bars and beam. Bonnie Corrigan was an All-American on bars. Debbie Dunkley was an All-American on floor, bars, and beam. Katherine Kolemainen was an All-American on beam and vault. An undigitized duplicate exists.
