  <mods:abstract>A portrait photograph of Guido Graziani from c. 1965. Graziani is wearing a suit jacket, tie, and white shirt. He has a neutral facial expression. The back of the photograph has a description that it was taken 25 years ago. Guido Graziani was born in Rome in 1896 and went to Niagara University. He came to the United States to study physical education and psychology at Springfield College and graduated in 1922. He taughts the Italian armed forces sports during World War I and founded the YMCA in Rome in 1919. He organized the first basketball coaching courses in Italy and became one of the Italian Basketball teams coaches in 1936.</mods:abstract>
