The players and coaches are in two lines down at the base of the stairs. People in the front line are sitting in chairs and people in the back are standing. There is a Springfield College Birthplace of Basketball banner behind them. On the back of the photograph there is a label says "2000-2001 Women's Basketball", which indicates the date of the photograph.
