Description:
This is a letter from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Committee on Public Safety (exact name of signature was unable to be made out by transcriber) to the International YMCA College, now known as Springfield College. The letter is dated October 16, 1918. The letter is asking the College to fill out the enclosed form (unknown whether this exists in the collection) and present this to the local Committee on Non-war Construction. It is believed that this letter is in regards to the construction of the Barracks built for the Student Army Training Corps on the campus.
