  <mods:abstract>This is an undated, silent 16mm Springfield College Baseball team game film. The film is undated. The film consists of clips of Springfield College players batting and pitching. The film only shows the pitches and the at bats and is not continuous. It does not follow the ball if it is hit. The end of the film shows what appears to be the end of a game with the players walking off the field. It is not known whether this is one or multiple games. The entire film is 3 minutes and 24 seconds long. Parts of the film were definitely shot at the Springfield College baseball field, Weiser Hall and Blake Hall are shown in the background. Digitization technician wrote, "hair/dirt in gate." Film has been preserved. Original reel has been replaced - original has been thrown out.;</mods:abstract>
