  <mods:abstract>This is a pamphlet produced by the International YMCA College, now Springfield College, titled "How shall I invest my life? How can I render the largest service to my country? Where can I best prepare for my life work?" It was published on June 1, 1918. The pamphlet discusses the college's location, degrees, curricula, and philosophy. Also there is some history of the college and the YMCA and how the college is helping train YMCA secretaries and physical directors. This item was original bound in a book titled “War-Work Courses in Great War, 1917-1918 Incomplete.” This volume was unbound and its contents foldered in the original order, which is chronological. The binding string was cut and the glue was removed with a razor blade. The edges are intact and the placement of stitches are visible. Each page or booklet was individually lifted out of the binding and placed in their own folder or a folder with like materials. Oversized materials were removed and placed in the oversized materials collection.; This item was attached to a page in the bound volume. In order to digitize the back page, this item was separated from the back page and some damage to the page and the document did occur. ;</mods:abstract>
