Description:
A two-page letter from Fred Thomas to Ralph L. Cheney, dated November 30, 1916. In this letter, Thomas gives his address to Cheney and shares the positions of other men from Springfield College who he has met. He also writes about his hope that they will get Kaiser Wilhelm II and end the war. Ralph L. Cheney served as the head of Springfield College’s Secretarial Department from 1907 to 1924. Before taking this position, he worked as a YMCA secretary in Albany and Niagara Falls, New York.
