  <mods:abstract>This is a 16mm black and white film that showcases the 1968 Springfield College baseball team during a game. It runs for 5 minute and 23 seconds. The first minute of the film shows a pitcher for Springfield College team throwing the baseball to home plate. The rest of the film shows numerous batters from Springfield standing at home plate in the batter's box attempting to hit a baseball thrown to them. There are numerous people who can be seen in the bleachers watching the game. Film Technician notes: Good condition. Flash frames. Exposure problems and excessive dirt in gate.;</mods:abstract>
