The final will of Ephraim Williams Jr., providing for the "support and maintenance of a free school in a township west of Fort Massachusetts," a township later named Williamstown. The original will was returned to the Probate Court of Massachusetts in 2015. Williams College Special Collections retains high resolution scans.
