A photograph of Springfield College women's gymnastics coach Mimi Murray and gymnast Bonnie R. Remo at the Eastern Women's Intercollegiate Gymnastics Championships held at East Stroudsburg State College in 1969. In the photograph Murray and Remo are smiling and posing. Remo is holding a trophy. Bonnie placed third in the floor exercise. During the 1968-1969 season, the Springfield College women's gymnastics team won the first women's National Intercollegiate Gymnastic Championships at Springfield College. The meet took place from March 6-8, 1969. This photograph was taken at the meet prior to the Championships meet. Bonnie R. Remo was captain of the team. Murray was the team's head coach from 1968 to 1974, and her overall coaching record was 37-0.
