A photograph of the back, or east side, of Springfield College's dormitory, Lakeside Hall. This photo shows an empty field of grass in front of the building, as well as a tree. Once used as an all-women’s dormitory, until 1964, when it housed only men, Lakeside Hall today houses both upper-class women and men, and even some freshmen boys.
