This article was published in the New York World-Telegram-The Sun, written by John Ferris and is one page article appearing on page 13. The article has two images, one is a pen and ink sketch of the first game of basketball (originally drawn by Genzaburo Ishikawa in 1892) and a picture of Dr. James Naismith as he was pictured on his 74th birthday in 1935 with his granddaughter, Fransan, then 13 months old.
