Description:
This five-page document (including backs of pages) contain form letters created by Channing R. Mann, Class of 1916, and sent to colleagues and classmates (Springfield College) of Channing R. Mann. The first letter is dated May 1, 1962 and was sent to Springfield College Alum. On the back of this page is a hand-written note Calvin Martin, Alumni Secretary at Springfield College, saying he had sent this letter and the attachments to alum. The letter introduces the three page letter that he sent to friends as a way to share his life with his friends and inspire other members of the class of 1916 to update the college and their classmates on their life and contribute to their Alma mater. The fourth page contains a series of images from his life and family, including pictures of his brother Leslie Mann. The last page is a written description of what and who those pictures show.
