  <mods:abstract>This manuscript titled "Sport, Treasure of Youth: Take Care of it " was written by Mario Vasquez R., President of The Executive Committee of the Pan American Sports Organization. The manuscript is also known until title ""XIII General Ordinary Congress of the Pan American Sports Organization" or "XIII Congreso Ordinario de la Organización Deportiva Panamericana" The book discusses the Pan American Sports Organization and the objectives and ideals of the organization. It begins with the agenda for the inauguration of the organization that took place on October 8-9 in 1975, consisting of opening remarks, working sessions, commission meetings, and plenary sessions. The book also discusses the speech made by Lord Killanin, who was the President of the International Olympic Committee, at the Inauguration of the Pan American Sports Organization General Assembly.
