A photograph of action during the basketball game played in July 1965 between Springfield College and the Indian National Team. The game took place in Mysore India before an estimated 20,000 spectators. Players of both teams are surrounding the basket trying to get a rebound. There is a referee in the foreground. Filled stands with spectators are seen on the other side of the court. The World Tour was a 62-day trip, including 25-games, and 110-clinic trips to India, Pakistan, China, and Japan. The team finished the summer tour with a record of 25-0. Head Coach and director of basketball at Springfield, Ed Steitz, led the clinics in the various countries. Photograph was framed. Photograph was taken out of frame to digitize and for preservation reasons.
