A Lamp post at the bottom of the stairs of MacLean Terrace.
Description:
A black and white picture of a lamp post at the bottom of McLean Terrace stairs at Springfield College, ca. 1990. The picture is taken during the winter, as the stair railing is covered by snow. There are tracks in the snow on the steps as well. MacLean Terrace is part of the Alumni Hall, and named after Mrs. Charles F. MacLean for the many services she rendered for the board, including the donation of $10,000 given at a critical juncture of the campaign to build the hall and fund the college.
