He is doing a handstand balanced on the two other men. They are on a beam high up at the Empire State Building. New York City can be seen in the background. The photograph is singed by Gene Waddell in the upper left hand corner. It says, "To Frank Wolcott Best Wishes Gene Waddell." On the back is a note from Frank Wolcott describing the photograph and talking about him and his family.
