  <mods:abstract>An article written in May 1970 that talks about how the 1970 Springfield College Baseball Team won the NCAA College Division Atlantic Coast Tournament. The article was written by Jerry Radding. The article has the box schools for the final two games played against Florida Southern College. They were played on the same day with Springfield College losing the first in 15 innings (SC pitcher Tom Badcock pitched the entire game) and springfield winning the second (George Dixon pitched for his second win).</mods:abstract>
