A slide showing Lionel Jardine, a Springfield College student, speaking into a microphone. He has his left arm raised with his hand in a fist. He may be at a protest for Black Rights that took place on the campus in 1969 and 1970. This slide is part of a collection of 46 slides. On the sleeves that held the slides was the title "Campus Unrest". No other documentation was with the slides. It is not known whether these slides were part of a presentation or meant to be used as a group. When the slides were digitized it was decided that each slide would be regarded as an individual item rather than being kept together as a group.; Some of these images may have been taken in places other than Springfield College, so may be misidentified.; Legacy Alumni of Color idenfication on June 8th, 2021: Lionel Jardine speaks at an unknown time/location. Jardine helped to organize the Malcolm X Liberation School but did not take part in either the Administration Building or Massasoit Hall takeovers.;
