This is promotional/fund raising pamphlet created by the International YMCA College National Executive Committee. The document is titled "Bridging the Rubicon" and looks to have been published sometime in the early 1920s. Essentially the document talks about Springfield College and what its graduates do throughout the world. it then talks about how, in comparison to all this good work, how little the endowment is that supports the school. It then talks about how collecting funds can help in the good work that is being done and why it makes sense to give to the development fund. This document was inside the time capsule for Springfield College's Alumni Hall which was opened in June 2017. The Alumni Hall time capsule was placed in the cornerstone of Alumni Hall on September 22, 1926. The time capsule was removed from the cornerstone during renovations conducted in 2015. The time capsule was officially opened on June 10, 2017 during reunion weekend.
