This document is a letter to President Wilbert E. Locklin from Jiang Nanxiang from June 18, 1980. This letter is a follow up letter from one in the same folder from Locklin to Jiang Nanxiang. This letter details how pleasant his visit to Springfield College was and how the relationship between Springfield College and China has strengthen. Handwritten on the letter in red pen is Dr. Fu, who is the director of the international center at Springfield College. Jiang Nanxiang was the Minister of Education of China from February of 1979 to May of 1982.
