  <mods:abstract>This slide shows the Malcolm X Liberation School "teach-in" event organized by Black student activists that was held in Woods Hall on February 21, 1969. Black student activists organized the event in order to answer questions from white students about their aims; to dispel misinformation about their aims and activities; and to discuss broader subjects related to civil rights activism (such as misinformation about the Black Panther Party). A banner says "TEACH-IN" and many people who are likely to be students can be seen in the slide.
