A photograph collage of the Springfield College Multicultural Affairs Office activities. The photographs are glued to a matte background. Some are pasted on top of the other photographs and have been cut around the image or person shown. The photographs show a variety of activities and people. There are a few number of portrait photographs. None of the photographs are identified, and the exact date of the photographs are not known. John Wilson, the director, is shown in a couple of the photographs. John M. Wilson was a part of the administrative team for 38 years beginning with assistant director of undergraduate admissions and coordinator of multicultural recruitment in 1976. He then became minority affairs coordinator in 1987 before becoming the director of multicultual affairs and assistant dean, positions he held until he passed away on February 13, 2015. Wilson received his Associates from Holyoke Community College in 1969, his Bachelors (1971) and Masters (1974) in Sociology from University of Massachusetts.
