This photograph shows Peter V. Karpovich with a group of Latvian boy scouts. A few of the boys are holding flags, while one boy in the front row is playing a small drum. The picture is not dated but it can be assumed to have been taken between 1900 and 1950. The back of the picture has a note thanking Karpovich.
