Everyone is wearing campus camp t-shirts. The student is preparing the children for an activity part of the campus camp. The photo is in black and white. On the back of the photograph, there is an attached document explaining the Springfield College student is working with youth from the Boys Club. On the back of the photograph, there is an attached document, "Character through team and individual sportsmanship is taught by this Springfield College student to neighborhood children. This work with youth is part of his professional preparation at Springfield for a career of youth leadership with the YMCA, Boys Clubs, and similar youth service agencies."
